This music trailer is for an upcoming game called “Such a Guy” that has not yet been added to Steam. The song was performed by a Chinese band called Penicillin and actually features English lyrics. There is a website up for the game over here: https://such-one.com/. Some of the social media links are not working yet.
It is likely that the game will be added on Steam soon, and given that there is English language support on the website, and English lyrics for this music video, there is a good chance that this game will support English out of the box. Fingers crossed.
The Chinese subtitles in the video seem to reveal that the player-character (first-person view) is opening a Bed & Breakfast in a remote island / mountain area. It looks like six women come to stay for the opening, which is somewhat similar to the setup for Five Hearts Under One Roof. No doubt some more information will come on the Steam store page.
